Exhibition Project Manager (Custom Design & Build), Worcestershire, £30-40k (DOE)
With their own onsite design and production departments, this established and successful Exhibition Design and Build Company prides themselves on providing all their clients with a high quality/professional service from Concept through to Delivery and Breakdown.
They are now looking to recruit an additional Project Manager to join their team. This is a good opportunity to work with clients from a wide range of industry sectors.
Working within a friendly and welcoming Project Management team you will be responsible for:
Ensuring every assigned project meets company standards and all timeframes are adhered to.
Liaising with clients (phone, email, teams) to discuss requirements and detailed take briefs.
Maintaining accurate files and records for future reference.
Working with on Design Team to come up with ideas and Concepts.
Quotes will be handled by a Senior Manager/Director so you will need to ensure they have all relevant information to enable competitive quotes to be produced.
Producing project plans.
Scheduling jobs with the Production Department.
Oversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdown when required.
This role will be 80% office based with the remaining time spent visiting clients and attending shows (UK and Overseas).
