Job Title: Head of Pricing and Packaging Strategy Location: The Acre, Covent Garden - Hybrid working = 1-4 times in the office per month on avg. Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract About the role We are hiring for a Head of Pricing and Packaging Strategy to join us initially on a 12 month FTC. In this role you will drive BSI’s Knowledge Solutions division’s monetisation architecture, including pricing models, value ladders, subscription tiers, discount frameworks promotional rules and monetisation experiments. Influencing enterprise ‑ wide pricing strategy across partner ‑ delivered core capabilities and BSI ‑ distinctive offerings. Responsibilities: Monetisation Architecture Build modular and tiered pricing models, value ladders and upgrade paths. Define subscription, entitlement and outcome ‑ based pricing strategies. Establish behavioural thresholds and friction ‑ sensitive designs. Commercial Modelling & Governance Lead elasticity, Willingness to Pay (WTP), cannibalisation and promotional modelling. Own pricing guardrails, discount frameworks and governance processes. Provide Sales with price books, guidelines and negotiation messaging. Cross ‑ Functional Decision Support Partner with, Product Manager and Pricing Analyst on price testing. Use MI insights to benchmark competitive positioning. To be successful in the role, you will have: Proven experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial strategy. Strong stakeholder influence and commercial economics expertise. Experience within Digital Product/E-Commerce beneficial. Strategic pricing design & modelling. Experiment collaboration & interpretation. Market and competitive awareness.
