Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Finance Manager to assist them for 6 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
* Produce accurate and timely Group Management Accounts
* Lead end-to-end Group financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and stakeholder requirements
* Prepare comprehensive investment packs, including financial analysis, forecasts, KPIs, and board-level presentations
* Oversee and maintain cash flow forecasting and reporting
* Manage group consolidations, ensuring accuracy across multi-entity and multi-currency structures
* Lead the preparation of statutory accounts, working with auditors and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards
* Coordinate and deliver the year-end reporting process, including external audit liaison and statutory submissions
* Own and direct the month-end close cycle, ensuring all entities report in line with accounting deadlines and policies
* Line-manage and develop a team of two finance professionals
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisers, and business unit finance teams
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
