The Role - M&E Supervisor / Installer
My client are looking for an M&E Supervisor /Installer, to join the team in Southampton.
* Coordinate reinstatement of plumbing and electrical systems following strip-out works.
* Ensure all reinstated services align with existing main incoming connections
* Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to schedule and oversee activities.
* Maintain accurate records of works and report progress to the project manager.
* Verify quality and compliance of plumbing and electrical installations during re-fit.
This role can be permanent or freelance (12-18 months)
