We’re recruiting for a Sourcing Demand Coordinator to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
You will provide essential support to our Source to Contract (S2C) team, ensuring our procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about procurement, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
* Liaising with broader S2C and SRM colleagues to keep the sourcing pipeline current, complete, and accurate
* Supporting the production and validation of key reporting and management information requirements
* Responding to ad hoc queries from the business regarding initiative status
* Ensuring relevant systems are fully maintained and up to date
* Liaising with finance colleagues to validate and complete captured benefits in line with business strategy
* Carrying out all procurement administration activities in line with our Consumer Duty commitments
* Supporting improvements to systems and processes to enhance team delivery
* Maintaining procurement systems with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Ability to produce well-structured reports and presentations
* Numerate with strong data analysis skills
* Team player with excellent relationship-building skills
* Proactive in contributing ideas for workflow and output improvements
* Focused on achieving objectives with a sense of urgency
* Working knowledge of PowerBI is valuable
* Experience in the sourcing lifecycle and administrative practices
