We Are Hiring!

Circet UK is looking for a Traffic Management Operative to join our team in Indian Queens.

Main Purpose:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the TM operative will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of all site-based traffic management activities in collaboration with Circet Traffic Management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Competent and adequately qualified for installing, maintaining, and removing complex traffic management schemes on rural and urban roads.
* Attend regular site meetings with clients, local authorities, and interested third parties.
* Follow complex TM CAD drawings accurately.
* Survey and design traffic management schemes, considering associated risks and traffic counts, to assist in producing TM plans.
* Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance records.

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Prior experience in a traffic management environment.
* Qualified with certifications for implementing temporary traffic management.
* Full driving license.
* Flexibility to work weekends.
* Experience working in fast-paced, quick-turnaround environments.
* Open availability.
* Good knowledge of online systems.
* Sector scheme 12D qualification preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Monitor site practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the company H&S policy, to minimize accidents and related claims. Identify training needs and coordinate with the HSEQ Department to arrange necessary courses. Failure to maintain a safe environment can lead to disciplinary action.
