_To foster alignment and leverage on our resources, this position_ _must be based_ _in Hilton's Watford corporate office, forming part of the EMEA BPS and O&T Central Services team\._ Position Statement: The Executive, Brand Performance Support \(Analytics\) EMEA, serves as the analytical engine of the Brand Performance Support team, driving brand health, guest experience, and commercial performance through advanced analytics\. The role leads the development and application of brand, customer, and commercial insights to proactively identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and measure the impact of business initiatives\. Working in close partnership with brand, commercial, and cross\-functional teams, this position translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve hotel performance and strengthen brand execution across EMEA\. Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Brand Performance Support \(Analytics\), the Executive, Analytics \- Brand Performance Support EMEA, plays a pivotal role in driving brand health, guest experience, and commercial performance across the region\. This position leads the development and application of advanced analytics to inform strategic decision\-making, proactively identify performance opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable insights\. Working closely with brand, commercial, customer insights, and cross\-functional teams, the Manager provides guidance on guest\-facing initiatives and operational priorities\. Responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and evolving analytical frameworks and reporting across multiple platforms, measuring the impact of business initiatives, and delivering data\-driven recommendations to improve hotel\-level and regional KPIs\. Acting as a trusted analytics advisor, this role presents insights clearly and compellingly to internal stakeholders while continuously reviewing hotel performance to identify opportunities for enhanced brand execution and commercial outcomes\. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage advanced R/Alteryx and SQL skills to drive analytical insights supporting guest\-facing business decisions\. - Collaborate with corporate teams to assess guest experience and identify opportunities for improvement\. - Communicate analyses and insights to internal partners through presentations, reports, and dashboards\. - Design, maintain, and evolve executive\-level dashboards and reporting to support decision\-making\. - Continuously review hotel performance and recommend initiatives to improve KPIs\. - Manage additional projects as assigned by Manager, BPS \(Analytics\) team\. Direct Reports: n/a What are we looking for? Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications We are looking for candidates with analytical expertise\. The individual MUST possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job: - Ability to design and maintain data models for multi\-level business reporting\. - Advanced / Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel \(eg\. formulas, pivot tables and VBA\) - Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership\. - Advanced experience with Power BI \(or similar Data Visualisation Tools\) and designing intuitive, dynamic executive dashboards\. - Proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and systems\. - Commercial and operational understanding and experience\. Useful / Advantageous additional Skills / Experience - Previous experience within Hilton Corporate is preferred\. - SQL and / or SQL Server experience\. - Expertise in building automated data workflows, reporting, and insight generation using tools like Alteryx, Python, or R\. - Experience managing enterprise\-level KPIs, including customer experience, brand health, commercial performance, and operational metrics\. - Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business stories and challenge assumptions to influence decisions\.
