Position Summary
We’re seeking an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Engineering, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering cutting‑edge mechanical and electromechanical solutions. From concept through to implementation, you’ll contribute to the development of new products while enhancing existing ones helping shape the future of our electronic gaming machines.
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality electromechanical solutions, creating detailed CAD models and documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally to support the development and enhancement of electronic gaming machines.

Key Responsibilities
6. Deliver high-quality electrical designs aligned to technical requirements, constraints, and project goals
7. Create and maintain clear, compliant technical documentation, including BoMs, parts, and assemblies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
8. Provide accurate task estimates and keep project documentation up to date across the development lifecycle
9. Proactively identify risks and contribute to mitigation and project planning activities
10. Collaborate with engineering and wider teams, sharing progress, insights, and design challenges
11. Gather, interpret, and document technical requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder and customer needs
12. Manage and update requirements documentation, ensuring all changes are tracked with full transparency and traceability
What you’ll bring to the role:
13. Strong experience with 3D CAD tools, ideally SolidWorks
14. Broad engineering knowledge with the ability to apply it in practical design scenarios
15. Solid understanding of design for manufacture (DFM) and value engineering principles
16. Hands-on approach, with experience in prototyping and product development
17. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
18. Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to varied stakeholders
19. Experience in the gaming industry (desirable, not essential)
20. Familiarity with PLM systems and electrical connectivity principles (advantageous)
Qualifications
21. A degree or HNC/D in Electrical Engineering
