Job description
Job Title: Project Planner - Defence Sector (Contract)
Location: Bristol | Part-Time (3 days/week)
Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension up to 2 Years)
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support a major programme based in Bristol .
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, own, and maintain NEC4-compliant construction project plans
* Consolidate multiple project schedules into a unified master programme, incorporating subcontractor input
* Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
* Produce resource profiles from detailed plans
* Engage with subcontractors and support plan coordination across multiple stakeholders
Essential Experience:
* NEC4 programme plan development and management
* End-to-end construction planning experience, including RIBA/design stages
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
* Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex project schedules
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with Primavera P6
* Experience using CEMAR for contract and document management
* Subcontractor management experience in a planning context
