The Role
We're looking for a dedicated Youth Worker in Schools to support children across South Staffordshire. This is a varied and rewarding role, blending the responsibilities of a classroom teaching assistant with those of a pastoral youth mentor.
You'll work closely with students who have experienced trauma or who are navigating social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. Your role will be to help them manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, engage with their learning, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.

Experienced in working with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or additional needs
Skilled at building trust and maintaining focus through strong communication and relational skills
