As the Lettings Assistant you will be: * Prepare advertisements for vacant properties. * Arrange and conduct property viewings and tenancy sign-ups. * Keep internal IT systems and records accurate and up to date. * Create and end tenancies in the housing system in a timely manner. * Produce professional, high-quality documents. * Maintain databases with relevant tenancy and applicant information.
