As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
You will be involved in:
1. Assist with the support and advice on aspects of regulatory and 3rd party certifications associated with the company's presence on various sites
2. Assist in internal quality investigations
3. Assist with the development of the Quality Management System, its processes and support documents
4. Quality Assurance across the programme lifecycle
5. Arranging, Planning, and supporting audits from external bodies
6. Engagement with external industry, Government and Military Quality Assurance staff
7. Assist with auditing and approval of suppliers
Your skillset may include:
8. Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a recognised business/ engineering qualification
9. Familiar with Root Cause Analysis
10. Familiar with estimating work loading and task management
11. An understanding of a Business Management Systems e.g. Quality Processes and Requirements
12. Familiar with Process Modelling and maintenance
13. Familiar with administrative support to management meetings
14. Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
15. Numerate and able to create presentations involving spreadsheet data and graphical information for high-level meetings
16. Understanding of a Quality Management System (QMS)
17. Awareness of UK MoD Maritime, Land or Air-based programmes
18. Awareness of UK MoD Military Aviation Authority (MAA) Regulatory Publications (MRPs)
19. Awareness of Allied Quality Assurance Publications (AQAPs) and Joint Service Publications (JSPs)
20. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) trained or Continuous Improvement experience
