Job Description
A Support Worker's role is to ensure that the individuals we support receive the best possible care we can offer keeping them safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.
Its so much more than just personal care, in fact that's only a small proportion of the support we give. Being a support worker is about supporting people to enhance themselves, whether it be Physically, emotionally or socially. Its about supporting people to develop their skills, environments and communications. Through learning new life skills such as budgeting and cooking to looking for new opportunities, engaging in social and education interactions.
As a support worker no two days will be the same, any day could include;
