As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient and effective scheduling of Field Service Engineers, enabling timely response to planned service visits and emergency call-outs. The Service Delivery Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Booking and planning service tasks 2. Managing live service tasks from start to finish 3. Confirming service visits with customers 4. Liaising with customers and engineers daily 5. Planning scheduled services and coordinating with supply chain 6. Organising follow-up visits 7. Handling incoming communications professionally 8. Managing service and breakdown queries
