Overview
We're looking for a Planning Manager to join our construction team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke, Hybrid Hours: 40 hours per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
* Creating and managing integrated programmes covering the full project lifecycle, coordinating design, commercial and production activities
* Developing logistics plans and working closely with construction teams to monitor progress
* Creating look‑ahead programmes and individual trade package programmes
* Supporting project leads with technical planning skills and advising on programme adjustments
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and consistency in project delivery
Qualifications
* You’re experienced with planning software such as Asta, Primavera or Microsoft Project
* You have planning experience with a main contractor delivering construction projects
* You possess good technical knowledge across relevant construction work packages
* You’re a collaborative communicator who builds relationships across departments
* You’re detail‑oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple deadlines
