The Procurement Manager will create and execute sourcing strategies and oversee supplier relationships. You will be joining a newly created team providing a great opportunity to gain broad indirect category exposure along with being integral to the maturing and improvement of the function.
* Develop and apply sourcing strategies to improve processes and drive cost savings.
* Collaborate with teams to create sourcing plans that meet business needs.
* Analyse and report on procurement metrics to track performance and savings.
* Monitor market trends and supplier performance to manage risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
* Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation with suppliers.
* Support supplier development programmes and benchmark against industry standards.
To be considered:
* Procurement Manager / Category Manager within financial services.
* Proven record of achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
On Offer:
* £80,000 - £95,000.
* Hybrid: 3 days / week in London.
