We're looking for a passionate and experienced Study Programme Manager for Education and Early Years to join our committed team. This is a full-time, all-year-round opportunity to shape the future of learners and help drive excellence in teaching, learning, and professional practice across our Education and Early Years provision.
As Study Programme Manager, you\'ll take the lead in delivering and developing outstanding Education and Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes. You\'ll teach, assess, and guide learners to achieve their goals while working closely with employers and colleagues to ensure every aspect of the curriculum meets the highest standards. Your work will also extend across the wider College, contributing to Health, Early Years Education, and T Level training. With a focus on quality, equality, and continuous improvement, you\'ll play a vital role in driving departmental success, supporting the College\'s strategic priorities, and providing exceptional experiences for learners and stakeholders. What we\'re looking for:
* Level 3 Childcare or teaching qualification.
* An assessor\'s qualification, or willingness to work towards.
* An interest in supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A UK Driving Licence and willingness to visit stakeholders offsite.

* Annual Salary: £34,964 to £38,754 dependant on experience
* Full time position, 37 hours per week, all year round
