Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. As a Workday Specialist you will be responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs. To be successful as a Workday Specialist / HCM Consultant: You will have experience specializing in one or more modules including Talent, You will have experience translating business requirements into technical configurations, develop custom reports, manage security roles, and support system updates. You will have the ability to troubleshoot issues, support integrations, provide user training, and document system configurations and changes. Desirable skills: You will have the ability to review processes, engage with SMEs, and identify process risks and challenges. You will demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will also be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and thinking on your feet.
