Our client is looking for an exceptional Events, Meetings and Celebrations Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team at a prestigious 5* estate.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, youll play a central role in ensuring every event, meeting and celebration runs seamlessly, from initial setup to the flawless conclusion of each event. With a variety of events all year-round, this is a dynamic position where no two days are alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the General Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering high-end events, meetings and celebrations.
Overseeing the setup and smooth running of functions, ensuring every detail reflects five-star standards.
Acting as the key contact for smaller events, managing delivery independently with confidence and precision.
Assisting in other departments, including the restaurant, during quieter event periods.
Who Were Looking For:
Proven experience in event management, with the ability to plan and deliver events independently
Expert knowledge of fine dining and ideally wine
Enjoys variety and a fast-paced, hands-on role
Takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences
Flexible, organised and calm under pressure
