Commercial Account Manager
London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can sell a full range of hardware, software, and service solutions to both existing clients and new businesses — all while hitting key performance targets. You’ll identify market opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop compelling proposals, and manage the full sales cycle. Ideal candidates will be client-focused, relationship-driven, and strategic in identifying how our products and digital solutions can meet customer needs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed your gross profit (GP) target
* Manage an existing account base and bring your own book of business and contacts
* Identify new opportunities within existing clients, regionally and via digital solutions
* Source and win new business opportunities outside the current client base
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Complete product and solution training to a high standard
* Conduct print and process audits where appropriate
* Lead regular performance review meetings with clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
* Build strong client relationships across all levels, from operations to the boardroom
* Work with Client Relationship Executives to deliver service and uncover opportunities
* Maintain and update client terrain maps to grow engagement
* Keep CRM and other internal systems up to date
* Prioritise competing demands to optimise company resources
* Contribute to developing innovative solutions and team plans
