The Head of Operations oversees and streamlines the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring
efficient production and delivery of bespoke and RTW products.
Key Responsibilities:
● Bespoke Tailoring: Oversee the workflow of master tailors and cutters, ensuring
smooth coordination between client consultations, pattern creation, fittings, garment
production and delivery. Responsible for optimising scheduling, maintaining quality
control, and ensuring timely service.
● RTW Collection: Oversee the production and distribution of the RTW line, including
inventory management, supplier relationships, and quality assurance. Ensure that the
make of collections aligns with Huntsman’s craftsmanship and luxury brand standards.
● Supply Chain and Logistics: Manage suppliers and materials procurement and ensure
seamless logistics from raw material acquisition to finished garment delivery, focusing on
sustainability and zero-waste practices.
● Production Team Management: Leading and coordinating the production team,
including tailors, seamstresses, and finishing specialists. Ensuring high standards of
craftsmanship are met while optimising productivity and minimising delays in both
bespoke and RTW processes.
● Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, cost control, and operational expenses to
maximise profitability while maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality.
● Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing rigorous quality control standards
throughout every stage of the production process—whether for bespoke or RTW
garments.
● Salesforce Management: Overseeing the integration and use of Salesforce to enhance
operational efficiency across sales, production, and client management with the support
of the company’s Salesforce consultant.
● Shopify POS Management: Overseeing the integration and use of Shopify POS for
managing sales, inventory, and customer interactions across retail and online platforms.
This includes ensuring seamless syncing between bespoke and RTW product inventories,
tracking sales data, and managing in-store transactions.
