About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivatedElectrical Testing Engineer (Electrician)to join our growing field-based team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical services across a variety of sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Duties
* Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures
* Carry out inspection and testing in line with industry standards (including NICEIC where applicable)
* Support fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs using appropriate tools and equipment
* Ensure all work is completed to a right first time standard
* Identify hazards, defects, and necessary remedial actions in compliance with regulations
* Assist with small works, installations, and ongoing maintenance tasks
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to project timelines
Health & Safety
* Follow all company policies, particularly in relation to health & safety
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
* Contribute to risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) where required
Administration & Operations
* Manage your own workload effectively while on site
* Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time
* Communicate progress updates to operational and administrative teams
* Ensure company equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly
* Maintain appropriate stock levels in your vehicle
Customer Service
* Provide a professional and responsive service to clients
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Handle on-site queries in a professional manner
* Maintain strong timekeeping and reliability
* Build positive relationships to support repeat business
What Were Looking For:
* Qualified Electrician with experience in testing and inspection
* Strong understanding of electrical regulations and compliance standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn
* Full UK driving licence (essential due to nationwide travel)
