is looking for a
Finance Manager
to join our client's well-known, upscale hotel near the city of Leicester.
About you:
As a Finance Manager you must have had exposure to the fast-pacing hospitality industry and be proficient at P&L preparation and balance sheet reviewing.
You must have excellent managerial skills to lead, support and develop a small team consisting of accounts payable, accounts receivable and Income Audit, while working closely with the hotel management team to drive the business forward at a critical time of growth.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years working as a hotel Assistant Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
Self-accounting background.
Deep understanding of all aspects involved in P&L production and monitoring hotel KPIs.
Great command of finance tools or software (i.e. Sage, Ms Excel etc.)
IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems.
Capable of leading, managing and supporting a small finance team.
