Overview Permanent, full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in an office) LI-Hybrid LI-MH1 Support trading platforms in the areas of onboarding, administration, functionality and connectivity for futures/options, securities and FX markets. Responsibilities Serve as initial point of contact for trading related questions and issues Onboard, maintain, and decommission traders on futures, fixed income, equities, and FX trading applications Above average knowledge to support several futures trading applications including but not limited to CQG, CTS, Trading Pro, Trading Technologies, TOMS and IRESS. Plus exchange tools such as; WebICE and ClearPort Interact with trading system vendors to resolve firm related issues and outages Work closely with internal Stone X departments including Compliance and Risk Interact with futures exchanges to resolve firm related issues and outages Understand and explain features and functionality of trading applications Assign products and risk controls to users and accounts per Risk Department Acquire and maintain any licensing or certification as required Provide support on global markets open 24/6 Inform customers of StoneX order entry practices and policies Establish and maintain relationships with customers and employees Maintain prompt and regular attendance This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed Qualifications Fixed Income and equities experience a plus Extensive experience in futures or FX marketplace/customer service Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Strong analytical and judgment skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details Strong typing and computer skills Strong interpersonal skills
