SEND & SEMH Education Roles – Crowborough & Hailsham Areas
We are currently working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools across Crowborough and Hailsham, supporting pupils who require calm, consistent adults and structured educational environments.
These settings support both primary and secondary pupils and prioritise teamwork, clear behaviour systems and strong pastoral support. The work requires resilience and professionalism, but staff are supported and not expected to manage challenges alone.
We are seeking teachers and classroom support staff who are motivated by making a lasting difference in SEND and SEMH education.
Positions May Include
* SEND and SEMH teaching posts
* Teaching Assistant, LSA and 1:1 support roles
* Classroom and behaviour support
* Ongoing and long-term placements
We Are Looking For Individuals Who

* Are reliable and committed to consistent practice
* Are interested in building experience within SEND
SEND or SEMH experience is beneficial, but a strong educational foundation and the right approach are highly valued.

* A child-only DBS is mandatory. If you do not currently hold one, you will be required to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service. Support is provided to ensure the process is straightforward.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
