About the role
We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to take ownership of two £1m portfolios:
- The promotion of a desirable, sustainable events venue
- The promotion of a portfolio of training products to non-members
You will take immediate ownership of the live commercial B2B marketing activity, leading the planning and execution of campaigns focused on lead generation, acquisition, nurturing and retention
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute lead-generating, income-driving marketing campaigns
2. Design and implement targeted, automated email campaigns, including segmentation and lead nurturing
3. Oversee Paid Search, PPC and Paid Social campaigns
4. Manage agency relationships and oversee creative development
5. Line manage a Marketing Executive

We’re looking for someone with
10. Significant experience in acquisition and growth marketing
11. Strong B2B marketing campaign management experience, primarily across digital channels
12. A highly commercial mindset
13. Proven success in automated email marketing and lead nurturing
14. Strong understanding of Paid Search and PPC
15. Excellent copywriting skills
16. Native-level English proficiency
