Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to align customs-related business processes with solution design and program objectives. In this role, you will provide customs expertise, validate requirements, support workshops, document processes, contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate closely with stakeholders, QA teams, and vendors. Continuous engagement with stakeholders is essential to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements. This position is ideal for a professional with a commerce background, an MBA degree, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience as Business System Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, scope of work, and requirements.
* Write clear and comprehensive internal and external documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications and process flows.
* Effectively communicate requirements, key insights, and findings to cross-functional team members, management, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor project status by performing daily follow-ups with teams, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
* Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
* Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
* Identify and assess business needs to propose effective solutions.
* Engage stakeholders continuously to validate requirements and expectations.
* Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
* Create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate the transition to new processes, systems, or solutions.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a Business System Analyst role.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder collaboration
* Proficient in requirement gathering and process analysis.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with AI-driven solutions (voice systems, chatbots, website automation)
* Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
