In this role, you will provide high-quality support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring the best outcomes for children in care.
You will:
* Offer guidance and advice to foster carers, promoting safe and nurturing environments.
* Monitor and review placements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Work collaboratively with professionals to develop care plans that meet individual needs.
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Social Worker with current registration.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and improving the lives of children.
