Primary Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing targeted support to students across various subjects.
2. Individualised Learning: Work closely with students who require additional help, offering one-on-one support and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. (Having knowledge and past experience working with SEND pupils being a bonus!)
3. Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour in line with school policies and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
