Contract Manager – Facilities Maintenance
We’re working with a leading FM provider seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a key hard services contract in Cardiff.
Role Overview:
* Day-to-day management of a multi-site FM contract
* Lead, develop and support engineering teams
* Full responsibility for P&L and contract performance
* Maintain client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved
* Drive compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance contract management
* Strong financial and commercial understanding
* Background in mechanical/electrical services preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
Package:
* £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
