This team handles sensitive, complex, and often high-profile matters for clients in the Disciplined Services, both in the UK and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor with a background in criminal defence, inquests, misconduct investigations, or regulatory law to take the next step in a career-defining role. Key Responsibilities Representing clients in misconduct proceedings, regulatory investigations, and serious criminal matters Advising on disciplinary processes, inquests, and regulatory hearings Managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy Working closely with senior team members and external counsel to deliver strategic legal advice Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE Demonstrated experience in criminal law, professional discipline, or regulatory litigation Strong communication, drafting, and advocacy skills Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle complex, sensitive cases with professionalism Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset The Firm This is a Lexcel-accredited regional law firm with an outstanding reputation in the legal sector.
