Sales Administrator - Logistics - Milton Keynes £32000 plus quarterly bonus and benefits Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Administrator for a well established business based in Milton Keynes with over 100 hundred years history to them and one that upholds an ethos high moral and ethical values. As Sales Administrator you will be tasked with handling the sales and logistic processes ensuring the smooth running of order processing, packing and shipment making sure the customer has the optimum experience. Key responsibilities of the role will include the use of SAP to set up customers and the processing of sales orders; picking and packing of mains and consumable orders from the stores ensuring parts are delivered on time and to engineers for job completion and liaising with parent company, customer service and customers making sure orders are despatched within installation timelines. Internal & external communications are key as you will be arranging logistics, speaking to the external warehouse re stock movements and managing inventory across the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy administration environment where you have utilised SAP, Word & Excel to a proficient standard and ultimately be a good team player.
