It is the largest news publisher on TikTok with over 28 million total followers and nearly 45 billion views in the past year. www.dmgmedia.co.uk *GA Sept 2024 March 2024 - Feb 2025 inclusive About the Role Reward and Benefits plays a vital role in supporting the business to achieve its goals and deliver a sustained performance. This role will support the design, development, analysis, administration and communication of dmg media’s compensation and benefits programs, policies and processes. The key focus of the role is on the analytical elements of reward. This is a development role, designed to provide an opportunity to build practical skills and experience across the Reward and Benefits function. Main Responsibilities Assist in the annual compensation survey data submissions to WTW and participate in ad-hoc surveys Conduct ad-hoc job sizing and benchmarking as requested, including recommendations Support the Reward Manager in annual pay and bonus review processes for dmg media, DMGT, Landmark and Trepp Support the Reward Manager in Reward and Benefit projects Create and distribute pay and bonus letters to employees for DMGT and dmg media Support the Gender Pay Gap submission and other ad hoc MI reporting Act as internal expert on benefits offerings, communicating with employees and work towards improving employee engagement through regular communications Organise face to face employee benefit events Manage relationships with benefits providers and benefits platform administration Maintain benefit membership lists and conduct periodic membership audits Stay abreast of new developments in benefits market and make recommendations for improvements Provide analytical support to a variety of reward related projects Utilise reporting tools to extract compensation and benefit data from the HR system Work with the HR Systems team to ensure accuracy of compensation and benefits information held on the HR system (Workday) Partner with local HR teams and leaders, to offer guidance on key subject areas. Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes Person Specification Previous experience in HR or Reward would be beneficial but not essential Highly numerate and analytical Intermediate excel skills Excellent data interrogation skills Experience of using HR systems and reporting tools – Workday experience an advantage Highly accurate with good attention to detail Excellent written communications skills – confidence in dealing with individuals of various seniority levels Role Specific skills Intermediate excel skills Excellent numeracy & analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Our Commitment We are committed to increasing diversity and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
