Recruitment Profile
To support the delivery of all aspects of the Bereavement Service within the Parks and Environment Service. You will gain an understanding of cemetery management, processes, and procedures, with appropriate training provided.
Support the care of customers and stakeholders, such as the public, funeral directors, and monumental masons via telephone and written enquiries.
Support key business processes within the service, such as invoicing and finance, interment booking systems, headstone foundation requests, and genealogy searches.
Assist in the ongoing management of the service through effective business reporting and support the digital transformation of the Service.
Essential
A good standard of general education including literacy and numeracy to at least SCQF 5 (Nat 5) or equivalent.
