Job Description
· Architect end to end CSM solutions for telecom wholesale (B2B carriers, partners, resellers).
· Design and maintain data models for customers, accounts, services, orders, tickets, and CMDB relationships.
· Ensure consistent data structures across CSM, ITSM, CMDB, and custom apps.
· Implement integrations using TMF Open APIs (ticketing, customer, product, order, service inventory).
· Lead integration architecture with OSS/BSS, CRM, assurance, monitoring systems.
· Define case, contract, entitlement, SLA/OLA frameworks.
· Implement effective Knowledge Management and workflows.
· Provide architectural governance, code reviews, and platform best practices.
· Lead workshops and guide developers through solution design.
