Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or catering environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
