Salary range: £37,692 - £39,276 p.a. inc. London weighting

Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time
Overview

Responsibilities
* Respond to daily queries about both services via phone and e‑mail.
* Liaise with sports clubs to arrange bookings of sports pitches.
* Take minutes for various meetings, including the Borough Safety Advisory Group (who review events in the borough, not for the Stadium).
* Liaise with allotment holders and arrange requests for payment.
* Prioritise your workload to ensure urgent issues are resolved quickly and effectively while managing your daily workload.
The Person
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Resourceful and able to prioritise workload.
* Ability to take minutes of meetings and liaise easily with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Calm under pressure, willing to learn new databases and ideally have experience of raising purchase orders and requesting payment from customers.
