We’re looking for a Senior or Associate Director level Project Manager to join a growing, dynamic team delivering high-profile projects across the built environment.
You’ll work client-side, leading projects from early stages through to completion, collaborating with top-tier clients, consultants, and contractors. This role offers strong career progression, with the opportunity to step into a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
* Take ownership of key project elements and ensure successful delivery
* Develop and manage project programmes, timelines, and resources
* Build strong relationships with clients and project teams
* Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure client objectives are met and exceeded
* Work closely with cost managers to control budgets and drive value
* Support procurement, risk management, and contract administration
* Maintain high standards across all project deliverables
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing
* Play a key role in developing best practices and processes
* Support bids, proposals, and business development activities
* Identify new opportunities and help grow client relationships
About you:
* Proven experience managing construction projects (client-side or consultancy)
* Comfortable leading projects independently
* Qualifications - Degree qualified - MRICS, APM, PRINCE2 or PMP
