We are representing a leading high-end bespoke interiors and joinery specialist seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential projects valued between £2m - £3m.
This role requires a polished, client-facing professional with proven experience delivering complex, detail-driven projects within the super-prime residential market. You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through manufacture and final installation, ensuring exceptional quality and service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage high-end residential joinery projects valued £2m-£3m from concept to completion.
* Act as the primary point of contact for main contractors, clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
* Oversee programme scheduling, budgeting, procurement, production coordination, and installation.
* Manage change control, cost reporting, and financial tracking to protect margins.
* Coordinate internal design, technical, and workshop teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Attend site meetings and conduct regular progress reviews.
* Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and client satisfaction.
* Mitigate risk and proactively resolve technical or programme challenges.
