Are you looking to start your career in HR in a role where you can learn, develop and gain real hands on experience from day one?

We’re looking for an HR Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR journey, or looking to move into HR, who is keen to build their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

* Supporting the team with day to day HR administration
* Assisting with recruitment activity, including coordinating interviews and candidate communication
* Helping to maintain employee records and HR systems
* Supporting onboarding and induction processes
* Assisting with learning and development activity
* Getting involved in wider HR projects and initiatives
* Providing general support to the HR team as needed


About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious and enjoys working with people.

You will:

* Have an interest in building a career in HR
* Be organised with good attention to detail
* Have strong communication skills
* Be comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Be proactive and willing to learn
* Enjoy working as part of a team

You may be a school or college leaver, graduate, or someone looking to change direction into HR.


Training and development

You will be enrolled on a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship, working towards a recognised qualification alongside your role.

Your learning will be a blend of hands on experience and structured study, with dedicated time each week to focus on your development. You’ll be supported by both your team and training provider, giving you the opportunity to build your skills in a real working environment from day one.
