A sales support person is required for this Customer Success Advisor position, so if you enjoy providing customer support you may want to consider this role.
Responsibilities
* Proactively managing and delivering the best possible service for major customer account
* Maintaining regular contact with client throughout projects being completed
* Notifying clients of start dates for all new projects and ensuring everything is ready for works
* Informing client of any changes that are made to commitment in place
* Letting client know progress of projects being completed on a weekly basis
* Managing and resolving any incoming client enquiries or complaints received
