Position: Family Liaison Officer (Full-Time)
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Start date: April 2024, temp to perm opportunity
Pay: £12.51 - £13.70 per hour (dependant on experience)
Responsibilities: As a Family Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with families in need of support.
* Conducting assessments to identify individual and family needs.
* Collaborating with community resources to provide comprehensive assistance.
* Offering emotional support and guidance to families during difficult times.
* Facilitating communication between families and relevant agencies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by families.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and agencies.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
