We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and support our clients to remain well in their own homes within the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas.
As a Senior Care Assistant with us, you’ll be there to support clients with all aspects of their day-to-day living and also support the office team with mentoring new Care Professional’s, introductions between Care Professional’s and clients, client compliance, participating in the on call rota and more, when required.
As a Senior Care Assistant, flexibility on working hours would be an advantage and needs to include morning and evening availability.
We can offer you:
1. £12.25 per hour during the week, £13.25 per hour on a weekend,
2. Enhanced senior pay for senior duties and additional pay for on call responsibilities
3. Paid travel time at £11.44 per hour
4. Double time bank holiday rate at £24.50 per hour
5. Full, paid induction and ongoing training
6. Paid mileage at 35p – 45p per mile

11. A full driving licence and access to a car
12. Aged 18 or over
13. Availability to work an alternate weekend
