The team
The Home Energy Scotland team provides free, impartial energy advice across Scotland, supporting regional advice centres to help households reduce energy use, cut emissions, and lower bills. We collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure high-quality, impactful services.
The role
We seek a proactive, data-savvy performance officer to help monitor and improve the delivery of Home Energy Scotland.
This role involves managing performance reporting cycles and delivering analysis to support strategic and operational improvements, contributing to our mission of addressing the climate emergency.
Responsibilities
* Lead performance reporting for advice centres and Scottish Government.
* Create data visualisations and dashboards.
* Support annual programme evaluation.
* Use analytical skills to improve service delivery and inform strategy.
* Collaborate to define and track KPIs.
Requirements
* Experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and visualisation tools.
* Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexible, solutions-focused, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
