We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, international manufacturer based in Bournemouth, with sites in the USA and Europe. They're now looking for a proactive part-time Personal Assistant to support senior management and provide general office support.

As PA your responsibilities will include:-
* Providing day-to-day PA support to senior management
* Managing diaries, book meetings, and arrange travel (UK & international)
* Coordinating internal meetings and events
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
* Handle general office admin, including supplies, post, and filing
* Support smooth communication between teams in the UK, USA, and Europe
As PA your skills and experience will include:-
* Previous experience in a PA, admin, or office support role
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with supporting senior staff
