JUNIOR SOUS/SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE REQUIRED

Location: Stone/Stafford/Stoke/Newcastle Under Lyme
Salary: Up to 33,000 plus TRONC & Tips
Work schedule: 5 days out of 7

My client is a passionate quality operator with a stunning portfolio of gastro pub/restaurant operations & is looking for a Junior Sous Chef OR Senior Chef de Partie to work as part of a busy successful kitchen team with quality fresh produce.
The company has won awards for their food, service & training and serves an array of dishes using locally sourced meat, fish & vegetable produce.
The company is well respected with a well-established growing portfolio of operations & a discerning clientele. The sites have become a firm and popular fixture with both regulars and people travelling from other areas to sample their quality wholesome locally sourced dishes as well as great craft beers, fine wines & spirits. Whether it be a tasty lunch, a sumptuous evening meal, or a special occasion, the operations have something for everyone. They also have regular food & drink festivals and are well-respected in their communities.
Due to promotion and increased business, we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help support the running of a busy kitchen, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards and are served in a timely manner.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior CDP ready for the next step.
2. Background of working within a quality gastro pub or restaurant & experience of working with fresh food.
3. The ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure.
4. Would consider Chefs from both independent gastro pubs or restaurants as well as from a more corporate quality branded gastro pub/restaurant operator or hotel operator with experience of working with fresh produce.
5. A real passion for food & creating great dishes.
6. Committed to providing the highest standards of food & service.
7. Calm with the ability to fit into a great team culture & a company that supports & develops its people.
8. Hands-on & self-motivated - happy to get stuck in where necessary.
9. The desire to work for a well-respected company that looks after their people and has won awards for their menus.
Salary Package: The starting salary is up to 33,000 depending on experience as well as TRONC, Tips, incentive trips, training & progression.
