Care Assistant (Complex Care)
About The Company:
The Client provides a high-quality service to 99 residents across 6 specialised units requiring effective, varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe environment.
About the Role:
This position would suit an experienced Care Assistant that is currently working within a Care Home setting or NHS / Private Hospital. Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you will be part of a quality care team contributing to making a real difference to people’s lives.
Duties include:
1. Supporting residents with social & physical activities
2. Helping with personal care (showering, dressing etc)
3. Supporting residents with eating & drinking etc
Skills and Experience:
1. Complex Care Experience Essential
2. NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willing to work towards this
3. Caring and Positive attitude
4. Work well as part of a team
5. Good communication skills

1. Week 1 – 3 days: 19.45 to 07.45
2. Week 2 – 4 days: 19.45 to 07.45
Total average per week – 42 hours including every other weekend

2. Week 2 – 4 days: 07.45 to 19.45
Total average per week – 42 hours including every other weekend
We work a rolling rota with three shifts one week and four the next, having every second weekend off.
