Electrical Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership
1. Oversee on-site implementation of electrical, lighting, CCTV, and network systems for warehouse developments.
2. Conduct site assessments and deliver compliant, high-performance technical solutions.
* Operational Excellence
1. Troubleshoot system issues during/after installation to ensure minimal downtime.
2. Perform quality inspections and testing to meet the standard and client specifications.
* Compliance & Safety
1. Enforce health & safety protocols (e.g., CDM regulations) across all project sites.
2. Lead site inductions and promote best practices for risk mitigation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration
1. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align technical deliverables.
2. Provide clear progress updates and resolve on-ground challenges proactively.
Must-Have Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)
* Understanding of UK wiring regulations (18th Edition desirable)
* Hands-on attitude with willingness to learn on construction sites
* Proficiency in electrical installations, lighting design, and low-voltage systems.
* Experience in electrical systems (commercial/industrial projects preferred)
