About the Community Wellbeing Team:
The Community Wellbeing Team work with adults across North Lincolnshire, helping individuals connect with their communities, boost their physical and mental wellbeing, and discover meaningful activities that enrich their daily don’t just support people — we help communities to flourish.
As a Wellbeing Activator for the Brigg and District area, you’ll be a friendly face and a positive force in your local area.
You will:
1. have conversations that matter: Chat with individuals about their interests, goals, and the things that truly matter to them.
2. connect people to opportunities: Using your local knowledge and the LiveWell North Lincolnshire website signpost individuals to clubs, groups, and activities in their area that support their wellbeing.
3. remove barriers to participation: Provide information about support that can help them get involved — from community transport to local resources.
4. promote what’s already out there and grow community activities: Champion the wide range of brilliant opportunities already available locally and help communities set up new groups and activities where a need is identified.
5. lead activities where needed: Where gaps exist, run meaningful and engaging activities in Community Hubs and wider community venues to ensure everyone has access to something that meets their needs.

11. Wednesday - 7 hours
12. Thursday - 7 hours
13. Friday - 4 hours 30 minutes
