1. Family Law – Stirling (17001)
• Manage a varied caseload, including matrimonial matters, guardianships, and adoptions, collaborating with colleagues.
• Requires at least 2 years’ PQE, strong communication skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach.
• Primarily office-based, with alternative working arrangements possible.
2. Family Law – Edinburgh or Glasgow (16998)
• Handle complex family law cases, especially financial provisions for medium to high net-worth clients.
• Requires at least 5 years’ PQE, with LSS accreditation in family law preferred.
• Flexible working arrangements and potential for career growth in a supportive environment.
3. Family Law – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Inverness / Elgin (16985)
• Advise on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Open to candidates at NQ level and above, with experience in financial provision and child law.
• Hybrid working options available across multiple locations in Scotland.
4. Family Law (Dispute Resolution) – Glasgow (16912)
• Provide legal advice on family and child law matters, including divorce and child contact issues.
• Requires at least 2 years’ PQE, with strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Full-time role with part-time options considered; occasional attendance in Edinburgh may be required.
5. Family Law – North Lanarkshire (16221)
• Manage a broad caseload, including separation, divorce, residence, child contact, and adoptions.
• Open to candidates from NQ to 5 years’ PQE, with a keen interest in family law.
• Hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
6. Family Law – Berwick (16780)
• Handle a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and adoption.
• Open to newly qualified solicitors with strong experience in family court matters.
• Flexible office hours to accommodate court duties.
7. Family Law & Civil – Morayshire (16567)
• Manage a varied caseload, including financial matters, child custody, divorce, and civil litigation.
• Requires 2–5 years’ PQE, with strong litigation and mediation skills.
• Initially office-based, with future flexibility as the firm adopts case management software.
